OFF THE RAILS PERFORMANCE TRAINING

LoCo Depot is the home of Off The Rails Performance Training. These 60 minute classes are coached by certified instructors and are an effective way to build strength and cardio stamina in a fun, high-intensity environment. Off The Rails Performance Training is a group fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements into a timed or scored workout and can be scaled for any age or ability level. These high energy classes take place in a supportive, family atmosphere. We believe that we are stronger together!

BOOT CAMP

If you are looking to get your heart rate up and keep it up for a fat-blasting cardio workout in a group setting, boot camp at the LoCo Depot is made for you! This 45 minute class features mostly body weight exercises with kettlebells and barbells thrown in to challenge athletes as they progress, and is designed to be approachable by even those who are new to working out. If you’re not sure where to start – this is the class for you! But don’t be fooled – even though this program is great for beginners, any athlete looking to crank up the cardio and burn extra calories can scale this programming to suit their needs.

MAX EFFORT

This high-intensity strength & conditioning program is designed to keep your heart rate up while you burn fat and build strength! This class is scalable for any ability level, but prepare to WORK for sixty full minutes. Cardio and weights mix for a perfect storm of functional training and strength building, and we guarantee you’ll NEVER leave this class feeling like you wasted your time!

LOCO KIDS

Get your children moving in our Kids’ Fitness Class! Classes are 60 minutes long and focus on making fitness fun. Our coaches are dedicated to teaching your kids how to move well, eat better, and play harder… maybe even wearing them out to sleep better at home. LoCo kids classes feature fitness games, challenges, and workouts designed to get them moving and having a blast with their friends. Sign up for a 10 class pass for just $49, and feel free to share your pass among multiple children in your family.

STRYKO BOXING

Impact Trainer by StryKO is a dynamic group exercise class that combines a wide array of boxing movements with high intensity cardio exercises. This is a scorching cardio workout that increases stamina and agility while BLASTING calories. Work out some aggression and burn a massive amount of calories at the same time!

SPORTS ENHANCEMENT TRAINING

Our Sports Enhancement Training Program is individually tailored to meet the needs of any athlete or team to increase speed, power, agility, flexibility, endurance, and core strength. This program is great for in-season and off-season athletes and will be adjusted accordingly. FLY FIT BUNGEE

Come join us as we defy gravity with this low impact, innovative fat burning fitness experience! These 45-minute classes take place in the Anytime Fitness studio and are taught by our certified instructor, Shari Courter. Class participants experience weightlessness like never before as we dance and fly our way through a total body workout that builds strength and improves flexibility. Our aerial bungee classes are safe, versatile and accommodating for all levels of fitness. Classes are limited to only 5-6 participants at a time so please register early! Minimum age is 14 and a maximum weight of 200 lbs.
